About Me:
I am married and have three nearly grown up children. Outside of therapy, I work and play with horses. I also love interior design. This is my horse Savvy in the picture, who is more feisty than savvy!
Services and Approach:
For adults (18 years and older), I provide short term therapy for insomnia, anxiety, depression and managing intense emotions. I can also help with values clarification, finding purpose, and goal setting. My approach is simple, structured, and action oriented. I use evidence-based therapy modalities in sessions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness.

The process for getting started is simple. Call the phone number listed here or click the Contact Information tab and submit your information. Before starting sessions, we can have a short chat by phone (no charge) about what you are seeking from therapy. At that time I can give you more information about rates and expectations and answer any questions. All sessions are telehealth. I do not bill insurance directly but can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
